Abstract

This community service activity aimed to improve the financial and operational governance of MSME Traktir Kopi through the digitalization of a real-time Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard based on Loyverse POS API integration. The partner still faced problems with manual recording, time-consuming cash reconciliation, human error risks, and lack of data visualization for decision making. The method used was a participatory approach including needs analysis, development of the T-KODE application using Python, Gradio, and Plotly, socialization, installation, hands-on training, and technical mentoring. The results show that the partner is now able to automatically retrieve transaction data, perform real-time cash reconciliation audits, visualize product contributions and peak hours, and export standardized audit reports. This program contributes to increased efficiency of financial audits, transparency, and data-driven decision-making capabilities in Food and Beverage sector MSMEs.
