Vol. 5 No. 2 (2024): JOELS: Journal of Election and Leadership
JOELS (Journal of Election and Leadership) gives scholars and practitioners who advance leadership a forum to share their analysis of topics including but not limited to voting behaviour, turnout, campaigns, political parties, and electoral systems, etc. In light of the recent emerging democracies, a plethora of new data and scope is one of JOELS' aims to test and analyze to provide evidence-based environment for the discourse of Leadership Theory. The main focus is leadership topics, with interests in political participation, organizational behavior, human resource management, strategy, international management, and entrepreneurship.
