Kendala Implementasi Aplikasi E-Office di Dinas Sosial Provinsi DKI Jakarta Dalam Perspektif Implementasi Kebijakan dan Penerimaan Teknologi

E-government includes electronic office administration services. The Technological developments are driving the digitalization of government administration services through the e-Office system. However, its implementation at the Jakarta Provincial Social Services Agency has not been optimal. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the e- Office policy and identify obstacles encountered in its implementation. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with interviews and observations of three informants from several fields. The results indicate that although the e-Office policy has been implemented, its implementation is still hampered by several factors. These include low employee understanding of technology, unstable internet connections, limited server capacity, and some officials who still prefer manual disposition methods. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Social Services Agency can hold training for employees who create official letters and documents, familiarize officials and staff with the use of e-Office, and increase internet bandwidth and Wi-Fi access points throughout the office. The implications of these findings indicate the need for practical e-Office guides, such as pocket books, visual PDFs, or video tutorials, so that employees can learn gradually. Furthermore, an easily accessible technical problem reporting system is needed so that they can be promptly addressed by the Jakarta Provincial Social Services Agency unit administrators.
