Implementasi Festival Literasi Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Palangka Raya Sebagai Bentuk Penguatan Perpustakaan Berbasis Inklusi Sosial

The Festival Literasi Palangka Raya 2025 is an activity held by the Palangka Raya City Library and Archives Service with the aim of improving the reading culture and literacy movement of the Palangka Raya community. This activity is expected to inspire the community to play an active role in strengthening the literacy movement towards a smart and competitive future. The Literacy Festival activity is a form of real support for strengthening the reading culture and improving the quality of library services in Palangka Raya City. The purpose of this article is to find out and examine the implementation of the 2025 Palangka Raya Literacy Festival. The advantage of implementing the literacy festival activity is that it can certainly gather the community to join and support the program in an effort to improve literacy in Palangka Raya City. The data collection techniques in this study used observation and interviews. The results of this study, the implementation of the literacy festival activity in an effort to create inclusive and sustainable literacy has gone well based on aspects of effective communication between implementers, agencies and partners, the availability of competent personnel, a series of activities related to literacy as well as coordination and high work enthusiasm from the implementers.
