ANALISIS PROSES BISNIS PADA MIND CORPORA INDONESIA UNTUK OPTIMALISASI WORKFLOW DENGAN PENDEKATAN BPMN

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses bisnis di Mind Corpora Indonesia, sebuah perusahaan kreatif digital, serta memberikan usulan optimalisasi workflow menggunakan pendekatan Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0. Latar belakang penelitian adalah kompleksitas alur kerja yang belum terdokumentasi, ketiadaan sistem manajemen proyek digital, dan ketergantungan pada komunikasi personal yang menghambat efisiensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Model proses bisnis dikembangkan dengan Bizagi Modeler dan disimulasikan untuk membandingkan kondisi As-Is dan To-Be. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pada kondisi As-Is, rata-rata waktu penyelesaian adalah 16 hari 11 jam 15 menit dengan beban kerja dominan pada tim marketing (88,64%). Pada model To-Be, waktu rata-rata menurun menjadi 9 hari 11 jam 40 menit dengan distribusi beban kerja lebih merata, termasuk peningkatan peran klien (82,58%) serta tim produksi. Penelitian ini menegaskan peran BPMN 2.0 dalam merancang proses bisnis yang efisien, adaptif, dan mendukung kolaborasi lintas divisi.
