APLIKASI PENGELOLAAN BANK SAMPAH BERBASIS WEB DI KOTA MAKASSAR

Waste bank management is a strategic effort to reduce waste volume and increase public awareness of the importance of circular economy-based waste management, particularly in Makassar City. However, in practice, many waste banks in this region still face obstacles such as manual recording, limited access to information, and suboptimal operational management. This study aims to design and implement a waste bank management information system that can improve efficiency, data accuracy, and optimize operational processes. The methods used include system requirements analysis, design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach, and web-based system development. The results of the study indicate that the developed information system can simplify the process of recording transactions, managing customer data, reporting, and monitoring waste bank activities in real time. Based on the results of testing through a questionnaire with users, this system is suitable for use with a feasibility level of 87.88%
