The development of community potential requires a participatory approach to ensure the sustainability of the development being implemented. The community of Lowok hamlet in Permanu village has the cultural art potential of 'Topeng Purwa' which is developed into a Literacy and Cultural Education Village tourism (KLEB). Pokdarwis Ngesti Pandawa, as the manager of the cultural art tourism 'Topeng Purwa', has not utilized Information Technology (IT) to promote the tourism potential of KLEB more widely in digital media through a website. This activity aims to empower Pokdarwis Ngesti Pandawa through the implementation of the KLEB website as a medium for literacy and promotion of Topeng Purwa culture. The activity methods include training, technical assistance, and the creation of cultural education content. The results of the activity show an increase in the partners' ability to manage the website, produce digital cultural content, and improve access to tourism information. This activity strengthens the community's capacity in managing sustainable, digitally-based cultural tourism
