Abstract

The Gitik Village Family Empowerment and Welfare (FEW) processes household waste into Eco-Enzyme and has successfully produced Eco-Enzyme soap under the brand name "Suzy" since 2022, initiated by the FEW team. The production of "Suzy" soap is carried out using relatively simple production equipment, as it does not yet have a special production machine for soap. The process of mixing and stirring the soap solution is carried out conventionally using a stirring stick and takes up to an hour for each production process, making the production process inefficient. A Solution is needed to increase the efficiency and production capacity of Eco-Enzyme soap by using a Liquid Soap Mixer machine. This method was carried out through location survey and discussion, socialization, counseling, training and mentoring, and also evaluation. The results of the activity showed that the used of liquid soap mixer can increase production and efficiency up to 4x at the same time, and produced better quality of soap. By this program, it was hoped that FEW partners in Gitik Village would be able to increase the efficiency and capacity of soap production for business sustainability.
