Abstract

Upaya untuk mewujudkan keberhasilan program pemerintah terletak pada SDM yang dimiliki termasuk untuk program pengendalian penduduk. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis Pengaruh Pemberdayaan Psikologis dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana. Kabupaten Bandung UPTD P5A. Studi kausal dengan sampai 87 pegawai. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan alat bantu SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kinerja pelayanan publik para ASN dalam pengendalian pendudukan didorong oleh komitmen organizational yang tinggi yang didorong oleh pemberdayaan psikologis. Para pegawai yang memahami makna menjadi ASN, memiliki kompetensi, mengetahui dampak dari kedudukannya sebagai ASSN terhadap organisasi cenderung memiliki komitmen tinggi dan kinerja yang sesuai dengan tuntutan
