Strategi Adaptasi Program P5 dalam Pembentukan Karakter Peserta Didik di Kota Surakarta

Abstract

Perubahan kurikulum mempengaruhi pola pendidikan dan melahirkan proses adaptasi. Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) sebagai salah satu program kurikulum merdeka memberikan beban moral bagi warga sekolah untuk beradaptasi dengan kurikulum baru dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses adaptasi yang dialami warga sekolah dalam penerapan P5 di jenjang SD, SMP, dan SMA di Kota Surakarta sehingga mampu dipetakan solusi dalam mengatasi adaptasi penerapan P5 agar menjadi lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan berbasis pada teori adaptasi John Bennett. Model interaktif Miles&Huberman digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Penelitian ini menghasilkan data bahwa terdapat berbagai strategi adaptasi yang dilakukan oleh warga sekolah dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan program P5. Strategi ini diwujudkan dalam tiga bentuk adaptasi diantaranya adaptasi proses, adaptasi perilaku, dan adaptasi siasat. Berbagai pola adaptasi tersebut membantu membentuk perilaku yang mencakup enam dimensi P5 serta adaptasi siasat yang meliputi program sekolah yang menunjang keberhasilan P5. Namun, masih diperlukan penyesuaian modul ajar dan aktualisasi program, peningkatakan profesionalitas guru, serta peningkatakan sarana prasarana pendidikan yang relevan agar proses adaptasi dan tujuan program dapat tercapai dengan maksimal.

Rizky Yunazar, Universitas Sebelas Maret

I am Rizky Yunazar, an anthropology sociology education student, FKIP, Sebelas Maret University. I once joined the Internal Relations staff of Komadiksi Smart UNS, Organizational Development staff for the Sociology and Anthropology Education Student Association. I am active in various volunteer activities. Apart from that, I also teach at the Nurul Fikri Kartasura Tuition Center and have a side job as an MC. I am also active in the world of education, especially in writing scientific journals and research. Currently I am taking part in the Sebelas Maret University MBKM Grant program.

Alyssa Putri Aranssy , Universitas Sebelas Maret

Alyssa Putri Aranssy, student of the sociology anthropology program, FKIP, Sebelas Maret University . I once served as staff of education for the students association for the study of sociology anthropology in 2022, in 2023 I was the head of public social services, and I was the part of a student journalistic motivasi institution 2022 - 2023. I was actively involved in the events and Merdeka Campus activities organized by the university.

Della Putri Utami, Universitas Sebelas Maret

Della Putri Utami, student of anthropology sociology education study program, FKIP, Sebelas Maret University. I once served as organizational development staff for the student association for the sociology anthropology education study program in 2022, then in 2023 became chairman of the organizational development section for the study program student association. Apart from that, I'm a cadre staff member at the FKIP UNS Islamic activity center (SKI) organization for the 2023 period and an educational staff member for the Roemah Tiga alumni association for the 2023-2026 period. I actively participate in volunteer activities related to education, social and cultural fields. I also often take part in writing competitions, both scientific and non-scientific, and my work has been printed in several books with ISBNs

Marcel Muhammad Irsandhi, Universitas Sebelas Maret

Marcel Muhammad Irsandhi, student of anthropology sociology education, FKIP, Sebelas Maret University. I am a student who is active in several committee and volunteer organizations in Surakarta City. Have an interest in the world of social, cultural, and educational research. I am also one of the students who are active in participating in the independent campus program organized by the Directorate of Academic and Student Reputation of Sebelas Maret University.

Widya Al Karimah, Universitas Sebelas Maret

I’m Widya Al Karimah, majoring of anthropology sociology education study program, FKIP, Sebelas Maret University. I have experience as organizing committee Program of Incoming Global Volunteer and Kids and care 3.0 AIESEC UNS 2022, Tutor at Genius course and private international school. I’m active at public speaking so i’ve some involvement as Master of Ceremony in national event. I am also often involved in various lecturer research, Merdeka Campus activities, public speaking and project management trainings.
