Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendidikan karakter dan multikultural melalui Program Sekolah Adi Pangestuti di SMA Negeri 1 Jatisrono serta kontribusinya terhadap pengembangan budaya sekolah yang inklusif dan demokratis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian meliputi pengawas sekolah, kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik, member check, audit trail, serta uji validitas isi instrumen melalui expert judgment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Sekolah Adi Pangestuti diimplementasikan secara sangat baik, dengan tingkat respons positif mencapai 100% pada pengawas dan kepala sekolah, serta di atas 90% pada guru dan siswa. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam menanamkan nilai religius, nasionalisme, gotong royong, toleransi, dan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Program Sekolah Adi Pangestuti merupakan model strategis dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter dan multikultural di sekolah menengah.
