Abstract

The vulnerable group is people who have limitations in enjoying a decent life. At the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) Riau University, agile service governance for vulnerable groups is very important to create a friendly and inclusive educational environment. As one of the faculties that has a strategic role in producing competent graduates in the social and political fields, must pay special attention to the provision of adequate facilities for the entire academic community, including vulnerable groups. This research uses a type of Qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research uses the Agile Governance theory (Luna, 2015) which uses indicators of Good Enough Governance, Business-Driven, Human Focused, Based on Quick Wins, Systematic and Adaptive Approach, Simple Design and Continius Refinement. The research results show that Fisip Universitas Riau has been able to integrate institutional interests with the needs of the academic community through a goal and evidence-based approach. Governance at Fisip Universitas Riau meets the basic needs of academic and administrative services with flexibility. Attention to vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities, pregnant women, and the elderly is one of the important indicators in the development of public service facilities in the faculty environment. The facilities that are built are not symbolic, but are arranged based on the identification results of the user's real needs and adjusted to the field conditions. The main obstacles in the implementation of agile governance are budget limitations, coordination across units that have not been maximized, and culture Bureaucracy that is still stiff. Overall, the efforts of FISIP Riau University in building facilities and services for vulnerable groups are progressive steps that are in line with the spirit of service
