Abstract

Perpustakaan memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengeloalan dan pelayanan melalui penyediaan berbagai sumber koleksi serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Perpustakaan yang memiliki sistem informasi dapat mempermudah pengelolaan dan layanan perpustakaan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem customer care yang berbasis Collection Request Feature di Perpustakaan SMP Negeri 2 Ngawi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan analisis kebutuhan pengguna. Melalui penelitian ini, penulis merancang solusi berbasis Collection Request Feature untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan pengguna. Penggunaan Collection Request Feature akan memungkinkan pelanggan untuk mengajukan permintaan atau usul buku secara online, memberikan informasi yang lebih akurat, serta mempercepat proses penanganan permintaan. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur pelacakan status permintaan dan umpan balik pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan dan efektivitas customer care dalam perpustakaan. Implikasi dari rancangan sistem ini dapat digunakan sebagai panduan dalam implementasi teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan bagi kebutuhan pengguna.
