Article Processing Charge
This journal charges the following author fees.
Article Submission: USD 50
New policy: APC is free for article submission of authors from a minimum of two different countries affiliation or manuscript with author that has more than 5 H-Index from the Scopus or equivalence in WoS database and is willing to review a paper for Utamax journal.
Waivers and Discounts
For authors publishing in Utamax journals, it offers waivers and discounts to corresponding authors based in developing countries.
To ensure that editorial decisions are never influenced by ability to pay, it is Utamax policy that editors of open access journals are not involved in correspondence with authors regarding payment of Article Publication Charges (APCs). The automatic waiver system will be managed by administrative staff not involved in decisions regarding article acceptance. We ask authors not to discuss any issues concerning payment with editors.
In addition to the Research4Life countries listed below, some journals may offer additional waiver initiatives for APCs. These additional APC waivers will be managed by the editors and may be discussed with them.
Automatic Waivers
Corresponding authors based in the following countries are eligible to receive an automatic waiver for APCs* when publishing in Utamax journal:
*Automatic waivers will only be applied if the corresponding author requests a waiver at the payment step during article submission.

Discounts
Corresponding authors based in the following countries are eligible to apply for 30-50% discount on APCs* when publishing in a Utamax journal:
*Automatic discounts can only be applied if the corresponding author selects to pay directly or arrange for payment at the payment step during article submission.

Fast Track Journal Consideration
Our aim is to ensure that the research community can access recently completed research works in various rapidly developing research areas that have great potential impact. Fast track journals are essential for research articles that are exceptionally important and require urgent dissemination, or where there is a funding policy reason for urgent publication. Fast track is considered the best way to disseminate an outstanding article that reports important and timely developments.
To expedite the process, we offer a fast-track publication service that shortens the time to decision and publication from months to weeks. The entire peer review process can be completed within 4 weeks, and once accepted, the article will be published within 7 days as an Article in Press. However, please keep in mind that opting for the fast-track route does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance solely depends on the quality of the manuscript, and we encourage authors to read through the journal's guidelines and policies before submitting their manuscript.
Once you have submitted your manuscript through the system, please send an email to the Editor-in-Chief at budihamuddin@unilak.ac.id. In your email, please include your manuscript ID, which is provided to you upon submission. Additionally, kindly mention 'Requesting for Fast-Track Review' in the subject line of your email to indicate your interest in using our fast-track publication service. This will help the Editor-in-Chief to identify your request and prioritize the review process accordingly.
Fast Track Review: USD 65 (Optional)
The fee must be paid upon submission of the article. If the article is not accepted, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
