ANALISIS KEBERLANJUTAN PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI MUSLIM PRO TERHADAP KEPERCAYAAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN EXPECTATION CONFIRMATION MODEL (ECM)

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberlanjutan penggunaan aplikasi Muslim Pro dengan menggunakan pendekatan Expectation Confirmation Model serta memasukkan kepercayaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Data dikumpulkan dari pengguna aplikasi Muslim Pro di Indonesia melalui penyebaran kuesioner daring. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konfirmasi berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi kegunaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Kepuasan dan persepsi kegunaan ditemukan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat penggunaan berkelanjutan aplikasi Muslim Pro. Selain itu, kepercayaan terbukti memperkuat hubungan antara kepuasan dan niat penggunaan berkelanjutan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman penggunaan yang sesuai dengan harapan, manfaat yang dirasakan, kepuasan, dan kepercayaan menjadi faktor penting dalam mempertahankan penggunaan aplikasi Muslim Pro secara berkelanjutan.
