Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada Smp XYZ Pekanbaru

The study aims to determine the impact of the work environment at SMP Dharma Loka Pekanbaru on teacher performance, as well as the influence of leadership on teacher performance, and the combined effects of leadership and work environment on teacher performance. With a sample size of 37 teachers. Saturated sampling was used for this investigation. A questionnaire was used during the data collection process. Quantitative data are utilized in analysis. Multiple linear regression was used for processing and analyzing data with SPSS version 26 software. The study’s findings suggest that: first, the work environment signicantly affects teachers’ performance. Second, leadership significantly influences the performance of teachers. Third, the performance of teachers is significanly influences by leadership and the work environment. The R2 test results indicate that 21.3% of leadership and work environment variables affect teacher performance. However, 78,7% of the variables were not examined in this study.
