Pengaruh Penilaian Prestasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Promosi Jabatan pada Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau

Abstract

The Riau Province Central Statistics Agency is one of the representative institutions of the Central Statistics Agency in the region which has the main task of providing basic statistical data in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. This research was conducted at the Riau Province Central Statistics Agency Jalan Pattimura NO.12 Pekanbaru, Riau. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work performance assessment and work discipline on job promotion. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of the Riau Province Central Statistics Agency, totaling 83 people. And the sample in this study was all ASN employees except the leadership, so the sample taken was 65 employees. The results of this research show that work performance appraisals influence job promotions, work discipline influences job promotions, job performance assessments and work discipline influence job promotions.
