Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Quality Of Work Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Xyz Provinsi Riau

The Dinas Sosial Provinsi Riau was the location for this research. This research aims to find out how aspects of the quality of work life and organizational culture influence the productivity of Dinas Sosial Provinsi Riau. The research population was all employees of the Dinas Sosial Provinsi Riau, and the research sample was 63 people who were chosen randomly. Using social science statistical software (SPSS) version 24, a multiple linear analysis approach is the analysis technique used. The research findings show that (1) employees get significant and positive benefits from company culture, with a t-value of 5.009 > 2.00030 and a significant threshold of 0.00 < 0.05. (2) With a t-value of 1.405 < 2.00030 and a significance level of 0.165 > 0.05, the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) With a calculated f of 30.369 > 3.15, organizational culture and quality of work life show that both have a positive impact on employee performance simultaneously and together. In contrast, the R-square of quality of work life and organizational culture was found to be 0.503. This shows that these factors can cause 50.3% of the variance in employee performance, while other factors account for the remaining 49.7%. The study lacks details.
