Abstract

Employees are valuable assets for companies that have a strategic role in thecompany's organization.The results of this study show that: 1. The calculation of work motivation variables on performance is 2.667 ttable 1.99897 and Sig. 0.010 < 0.05. If the tcount value is ttable, the hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2. The calculation of the variables of work discipline on performance was obtained at 5.171 ˃ ttable and Sig. 0.00 < 0.05. If the tcount value > ttable, the hypothesis is rejected, meaning that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3. The result of Fcal was obtained of 29,438 while the value of Ftable was 3.15 and the significance value was 0.00 < alpha 0.05. If the value of Fcalung ˃ Ftable, the hypothesis is rejected, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence of work motivation and work discipline variables on employee performance. From the results of simultaneous testing, a determinant coefficient (R²) value of 0.487 was also obtained. This means that the contribution of the influence of work motivation and work discipline is 48.7%. While the remaining 51.3% was influenced by other variables that were not included in the regression model of this study.
