PENGARUH KONFLIK KERJA & STRESS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV. BAUNK SANIA PERKASA PEKANBARU

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of conflict and stress on employee performance at CV. Mighty Sania Bauk. The sample in this study used a saturated sample and obtained results of 37 respondents as a source of data representing the population. Then the data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis which was processed with the SPSS version 16 program. From the results of the tests that have been carried out it is known that conflict affects employee performance at CV. Mighty Sania Bauk. With the results of the t-test statistics, the tcount for the Conflict variable is known to be tcount 4.574> ttable 2.03224 and sig 0.00 <0.05. Then the hypothesis states that "Conflict affects employee performance on CV. Baunk Sania Perkasa” is accepted. Meanwhile, for the Stress variable, the value of tcount 7,953> ttable 2.03224 and sig 0.000 <0.05. Then the hypothesis states that "Stress affects employee performance on CV. Baunk Sania Perkasa” is accepted. Based on the f test, it is known that the value of the two variables is the calculated f value for the Conflict and Stress variable, which is known to be Fcount (254.856) > F table (3.28) with sig (0.000) < 0.05. This means that "Independent variables (Conflict and Stress) together have a significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance) on CV. Bauk Sania Perkasa Pekanbaru” was accepted.
