Analisis Penempatan Pegawai Pada Badan XYZ Kabupaten Siak

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the placement of employees at the regional finance agency of Siak regency. To examine the issues raised in this study, the author performed data analysis using a descriptive analysis method. The sampling technique used in this study was proportionate stratified random sampling, taking into account the strata in the population, in this case, the positions held by the employees. The results of the study are as follows: In terms of education, the score is 516, with an average of 3.31, which falls in the Fairly Good category, In terms of job knowledge, the score is 543, with an average of 3.48, which falls in the Good category, In terms of job skills, the score is 1,340, with an average of 3.69, which falls in the Good category, In terms of work experience, the score is 1,232, with an average of 3.38, which falls in the Fairly Good category. Overall, these factors received a total score of 3,631, with an average of 3.49, placing them in the Good category. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that these factors are the key considerations in employee placement at the regional finance agency of Siak regency, and they have been implemented well.
