Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja,Lingkungan Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sma Xyz Minas

Abstract

The performance of teachers (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Minas is examined in this study in relation to work motivation (X1), work environment (X2), and work discipline (X3). All 38 teachers served as both the population and the sample in this quantitative study. A systematic questionnaire was used to collect the data, and multiple linear regression techniques were used for the analysis. The results show that teacher performance (Y) is significantly impacted by work motivation (X1), which explains 46.2% of the variance (p = 0.007 < 0.05). At 52.7% (p = 0.001 < 0.05), the work environment (X2) also has a substantial impact on performance. Work discipline (X3), on the other hand, only contributes 5.2% (p = 0.773 > 0.05), indicating no significant influence. While other factors not included in the model influence the remaining 21.1% of the difference in teacher performance, the three variables collectively account for 78.9% of the variation. While work discipline was not a decisive factor, the study emphasizes the value of providing a supportive work environment and encouraging instructor motivation to improve performance.
