1. Journal Ownership and Publisher

Dinamisia: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal owned and published by Universitas Lancang Kuning, Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia.

The journal is institutionally supported by Universitas Lancang Kuning and managed by the Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian (LPP), Universitas Lancang Kuning, as the designated journal management unit.

Dinamisia publishes scholarly articles focusing on community service, community empowerment, knowledge transfer, applied innovation, and sustainable community development.

2. Journal Management

The operational and administrative management of Dinamisia is carried out by LPP Universitas Lancang Kuning in coordination with the journal's editorial team.

The editorial structure consists of the Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, Editorial Board, and editorial support personnel.

The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for editorial leadership, academic quality, publication ethics, and final decisions regarding manuscript acceptance or rejection.

The Managing Editor coordinates manuscript processing, peer review, editorial communication, and publication preparation.

The Editorial Board supports scholarly evaluation, peer review, and the development of the journal's academic quality.

3. Editorial Independence

Dinamisia maintains editorial independence in all manuscript evaluation and publication decisions.

Universitas Lancang Kuning, as the publisher, and LPP Universitas Lancang Kuning, as the journal management unit, respect the independence of the editorial team.

Editorial decisions are based on the originality, scholarly quality, relevance, methodological rigor, and ethical compliance of submitted manuscripts.

Institutional or personal interests must not improperly influence peer review or editorial decisions.

4. Publisher and Management Responsibilities

Universitas Lancang Kuning provides institutional support, publishing infrastructure, and oversight to ensure the continuity, credibility, and sustainability of Dinamisia.

LPP Universitas Lancang Kuning (Journal Management Unit)

LPP Universitas Lancang Kuning coordinates the journal's administrative operations, supports editorial workflows, maintains publication schedules, facilitates communication among editorial stakeholders, and supports the implementation of publication ethics and quality assurance.

The editorial team retains responsibility for scholarly assessment, peer-review management, and editorial decisions.

5. Publication Ethics and Accountability

Dinamisia is committed to transparency, academic integrity, responsible publishing, and adherence to recognized publication ethics principles, including guidance from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

The journal's editorial team is responsible for handling conflicts of interest, allegations of misconduct, corrections, retractions, and other matters affecting the integrity of published articles.
