Elsya Journals understand that timely distribution of research findings is crucial and many require urgent dissemination, and to support this, we offer a fast-track review service that aims to shorten the time to decision and publication from months to just a few weeks. With this service, we strive to complete the entire peer review process within 4-6 weeks, and upon acceptance, your article will be published within 1 week as an Article in Press.

However, please note that the time taken to complete the peer review process may vary depending on factors such as the availability of reviewers, editors and the complexity of the manuscript. It is also important to note that opting for the fast-track review service does not guarantee acceptance. The decision to accept a manuscript is based solely on its quality, which is evaluated according to our high standards. To ensure that your manuscript meets these standards, we strongly encourage authors to read through the journal's guidelines and policies before submitting their work. By doing so, you can increase the chances of acceptance and help us to expedite the publication process.

In order to use this service, you must submit your manuscript through the system first to receive your manuscript ID number (the 5-digit number besides the title of your submitted manuscript which you can find on your dashboard upon logging into your account). 

Once you have submitted your manuscript, please send an email to the Editor-in-Chief at [email protected]. In your email, include your manuscript ID and type 'Requesting for Fast-Track Review' in the subject line to indicate your interest in using our fast-track review service. This will help the Editor-in-Chief to identify your request and prioritize the review process accordingly. 

Fast Track Review: USD 100

To avail our Fast Track publication service, authors will need to pay (APC 1st term) a fee of USD 50 (Non-refundable). This first term APC fee will cover the cost of the reviewer and editor, who will expedite the review process. Additionally, another fee of USD 50 (APC 2nd term) will be charged if the paper is accepted for publication. You will be provided with a total of two invoices through email which contains further details on the payment process.
