Abstract

Kemampuan teknologi informasi dalam konteks bisnis digital diharapkan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja usaha kecil dan menengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kapabilitas TI mempengaruhi kemampuan proses bisnis kecil dan menengah dan bagaimana kapabilitas proses membantu bisnis kecil dan menengah mencapai tujuan bisnis. Survei online dilakukan terhadap 150 usaha kecil dan menengah di kota Bandung. Metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Semua konstruksi pertama kali diuji melalui Analisis Faktor Konfirmatori (CFA) sebelum menguji hipotesis. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan eksternal TI berkontribusi pada pengembangan fleksibilitas proses. Sedangkan infrastruktur teknologi informasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fleksibilitas proses. Selain itu, fleksibilitas proses juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja usaha kecil dan menengah. Temuan ini menyiratkan peran penting kapabilitas TI dalam memfasilitasi usaha kecil dan menengah untuk mengembangkan kompetensi bisnisnya dalam lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis.
