Jurnal Ilmiah Ekonomi dan Bisnis Vol. 23 No. 1 presents various aspects of economics and business, including the influence of social media and content marketing strategies on increasing pediatric clinic patients, as well as the role of management control systems in improving university performance. Furthermore, it discusses the impact of digital marketing, halal labeling, and business capital on franchise MSME revenues, as well as factors influencing unemployment rates. Other studies examine the influence of e-payments on consumer behavior, benchmarking in sustainability reports, and education and its benefits in increasing student investment interest in the capital market. Finally, an analysis of the financial performance of large retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is also discussed.
