Abstract

Abstract:This inquiry transpired within the precincts of the Regional Fiscal Augmentation Bureau of Riau Province, situated at Jl. Gen. Sudirman No. 6, Simpang Tiga, East Sidomulyo, Marpoyan Damai Subdistrict, Pekanbaru Municipality, Riau. The cardinal objective of the investigation was to elucidate the ramifications of institutional ethos, ambient occupational conditions, and occupational gratification upon personnel efficacy both in isolation and in collective manifestation. The assemblage of informants, totalling 127 civil functionaries, was delineated via a comprehensive enumeration paradigm (census approach). The evidentiary corpus encompassed both firsthand (primary) and corroborative (secondary) data streams. Methodologically, the research adopted a numerically-oriented, expository-analytical framework, operationalised through the Statistical Apparatus for Commodities and Amenities Inquiry (SPSS) iteration 23. The analytical outcomes divulged that the organizational ethos exerts a singular influence upon occupational efficacy; likewise, the environmental conditions within the workplace and the degree of occupational contentment each independently impart measurable impacts upon the agency’s performance metrics. It was empirically substantiated through the observed F-statistic (48.293), demonstrably surpassing the critical threshold (Ftable = 3.07), with a resultant p-value of 0.000 signifying robust statistical significance.
