Author Guidelines
CyTED Journal: Cyberlearning, Technolinguistics, and Edu-Games Research invites authors to submit original manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the fields of cyberlearning, technolinguistics, digital literacy, artificial intelligence in education, and educational games. Manuscripts submitted to CyTED Journal must be original works and must not be under consideration or published elsewhere.
Types of Manuscripts
The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:
- Original research articles (empirical quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods studies)
- Conceptual or theoretical papers
- Systematic literature reviews
- Technology-based innovations or instructional design reports
- Critical reviews related to cyberlearning and educational technologies
Manuscript Preparation
- Manuscripts should be written in clear and grammatically correct English.
- The length of the manuscript should be approximately 5,000–8,000 words, including references.
- The manuscript must follow the journal template provided on the journal website.
- All submissions must use a standard academic structure: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
- Tables and figures should be embedded in the text and properly captioned.
Abstract and Keywords
- The abstract should be between 150–250 words.
- The abstract must clearly state the purpose, methodology, main findings, and implications of the study.
- Authors should provide 3–5 keywords that reflect the core content of the manuscript.
References and Citation
- All references must follow the APA (7th edition) citation style.
- Authors are encouraged to cite recent and relevant international journal articles.
- All sources cited in the text must appear in the reference list and vice versa.
Submission Process
Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS). Authors must register and log in to the system before submitting their manuscripts. During submission, authors are required to complete all metadata accurately.
Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Authors’ identities are concealed from reviewers, and reviewers’ identities are concealed from authors. Editorial decisions are based on reviewers’ recommendations and the manuscript’s scholarly merit
