The condition of the water in the Maranti Islands shows that it is unfit for human consumption. According to the geology of the land in the Meranti Islands region. For daily (household) needs, people usually use rainwater by collecting it using polytank tanks or tanks made of cement with varying sizes. This storage is not enough to meet the need for clean water during the long dry season. For this reason, a pattern is needed to utilize clean water sources with a sustainable rainwater harvesting system (sustainability) in order to meet the clean water needs of the community, especially those living in rural areas. This community service uses an outreach method that explains an effective system for harvesting rainwater on a communal scale that can be used by the community together. The aim of this service is to create independence for the community in utilizing rainwater as a source of clean water for household needs around the village. The results of this service can be seen in increasing enthusiasm and public understanding of the importance of using rainwater as a source of clean water
