Training on Developing Interactive STEAM E-Worksheets Assisted by Desmos to Improve Junior High School Teachers’ Pedagogical and Technological Skills

The professional development of educators in utilizing innovative digital tools has become an urgent necessity in the 21st-century learning era. Through training that integrates the STEAM approach, teachers are equipped with the ability to develop interactive, technology-based learning resources, enabling them to adapt to the current dynamics of education. This community service program aims to provide knowledge about the STEAM concept, enhance teachers’ skills in designing interactive STEAM e-worksheets assisted by Desmos, and improve teacher-designed E-LKPD products, thereby contributing to the development of pedagogical and technological competencies. The program was implemented at SMP Negeri 2 Jeumpa, involving 20 teachers from Mathematics, Science, and ICT subjects. It was carried out in five stages: situation observation and analysis, activity planning, training and mentoring implementation, monitoring and evaluation, as well as reflection and follow-up. The results of this community service activity indicated an improvement in the pedagogical and technological skills of teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Jeumpa. This success was reflected in the increased knowledge and skills of teachers in producing innovative products.
