Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dampak dari kepemimpinan altruistik terhadap kualitas interaksi atasan dan bawahan (LMX) dan kepuasan kerja bawahan. Dengan memanfaatkan sampel sebanyak 165 pegawai Sekretariat DPRD (Sekwan) Provinsi Riau dan menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS, penelitian ini memberikan beberapa temuan. Pertama, kepemimpinan altruistik dapat menciptakan sikap positif bawahan seperti kepuasan kerja. Kedua, kepemimpinan altruistik akan membentuk kualitas interaksi atasan dan bawahan (LMX), yang pada akhirnya akan membentuk sikap kerja seperti kepuasan kerja.
