The journal was established in 2019 and is published by the Departement of Management, Graduate Program, Universitas Lancang Kuning, Indonesia. The mission of the journal is to publish empirical research that tries to test, extend, or build knowledge in the management and the business field, as well as tries to contribute to management practice.
