Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara ilmiah hubungan Sikap Humor Seorang pemimpin terhadap Sikap Pengikut. Lebih khusus, penelitian ini berupaya menjelaskan Implikasi sikap Humor terhadap Kepercayaan, Identifikasi Diri, Komitmen Afektif dan Kepuasan Kerja. Dengan memanfaatkan sampel sebanyak 147 orang yang terdiri dari Kepala desa dan Staf pelayanan Pulbik di Kantor desa di Kecamatan tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Sikap Humor Seorang Pemimpin berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap terhadap Kepercayaan, Identifikasi Diri, Komitmen Afektif dan Kepuasan Kerja bawahan.
