Determinan Kepuasan Kerja pada Hubungan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Guru (Studi pada SMK di Pekanbaru, Riau)

Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada seluruh SMK Pekanbaru dengan tujuan mengetahui determinan kepuasan kerja pada hubungan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru. teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan systematic sampling, dimana seluruh populasi berjumlah 778 orang dan menurut tabel Crejcie & Morgan (1970) jumlah sampel adalah 260 orang. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Sctruktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan Software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa pada SMK Pekanbaru, tiga dasar kompetensi guru yaitu kemampuan kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor mempengaruhi kinerja guru SMK di Pekanbaru; dan kepuasan kerja guru tersebut memperkuat bagaimana seorang guru meningkatkan kinerjanya karena kompetensi yang dimiliki.
