Peran Budaya Organisasi pada Hubungan Kecerdasan Spiritual terhadap Kinerja Guru (Studi pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 8 Kota Pekanbaru)

Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 8 Kota Pekanbaru dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kecerdasan spiritual dan budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja guru serta untuk mengetahui apakah budaya organisasi mampu memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja guru SMAN 8 Kota Pekanbaru. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Sctruktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan Software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual dan budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja guru serta budaya organisasi mampu memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja guru SMAN 8 Kota Pekanbaru.
