Administrasi Publik dan Tantangan Kebijakan Iklim: Menelusuri Tren Penelitian Melalui VOSviewer

Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis kebijakan perubahan iklim dari perspektif administrasi publik menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik. Metode ini memungkinkan peneliti mengidentifikasi tren penelitian, kolaborasi penulis, dan pemetaan tematik terkait kebijakan perubahan iklim dari tahun 2015 hingga 2025. Data dikumpulkan dari 200 artikel yang terindeks di Scopus dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa fokus penelitian yang paling dominan adalah kebijakan (25%), dampak perubahan iklim (26,67%), dan lingkungan (13,33%). Visualisasi bibliometrik mengungkapkan bahwa topik-topik seperti perubahan iklim, karbon dioksida, keberlanjutan, dan polusi udara merupakan hal yang sentral dalam wacana ilmiah. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi kesenjangan penelitian di bidang evaluasi dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, yang menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi multi-aktor dan pendekatan kebijakan adaptif dalam mengatasi tantangan perubahan iklim. Secara keseluruhan, studi ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap literatur kebijakan publik dan menawarkan arah baru untuk penelitian kebijakan perubahan iklim yang lebih kontekstual dan berkelanjutan.
