Pelatihan pemanfaatan NotebookLM untuk pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran guru SMK Kesehatan Pekanbaru
Abstract
This community service activity aimed to enhance the digital competence of teachers at SMK Kesehatan Pro-Skill Pekanbaru through training in the use of NotebookLM, an AI-based platform developed by Google, for developing learning materials. Methodology: The activity was conducted using a full-day workshop method with an andragogical approach combining conceptual presentation, facilitator demonstration, and hands-on practice sessions. A total of 29 active teachers participated. Data were collected through a Likert 1–5 satisfaction questionnaire comprising 21 items in five dimensions, with a maximum total score of 105. Result: Overall average satisfaction reached 98.50 (93.8%), categorized as "Very Satisfied". Facilitator Performance scored highest (96.2%), followed by Quality of Materials (95.3%), Benefits and Impact (93.2%), Quality of Module (92.6%), and Facilities and Implementation (90.8%). Distribution: 27 participants (93.1%) Very Satisfied, 2 (6.9%) Satisfied. Research Limitations: Evaluation relied solely on a satisfaction questionnaire without measuring long-term skill changes or actual impact on the quality of learning materials produced after training.
