The oversupply of tomatoes is a major problem for tomato farmers during the harvest season. In addition, farmers' knowledge of processing tomatoes into diversified products is still limited, so they have not been able to increase the added value of tomatoes. The aim of this activity is to strengthen the capacity of farmer groups by providing assistance in processing tomatoes into healthy foods with economic value, as well as managing their businesses so that they can improve their standard of living. The method used was participatory rural appraisal of the ‘Mekar Tani’ farmer group in Nagari Piobang, Payakumbuh District, Limapuluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra. The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding and skills in processing tomatoes into healthy foods of 90%. Meanwhile, the increase in partners' business management skills reached 75%. This activity has produced six healthy food products from tomatoes and successfully increased knowledge and skills as a solution to tomato oversupply while also increasing the farmers' group's income
