Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara ilmiah hubungan sisi gelap kepribadian individu terhadap perilaku sabotase pengetahuan. Lebih khusus, penelitian ini berupaya menjelaskan mekanisme kontrak psikologis transaksional. Dengan memanfaatkan sampel sebanya 288 orang tenaga kependidikan/dosen di perguruan tinggi di indonesia penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dua dari 3 sisi gelap kepribadian individu yaitu Machiavellianisme dan Psikopat berpengaruh positif terhadap Perilaku sabotase pengetahuan. Secara khusus penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Kontrak psikologis transaksional memediasi hubungan antara machiavellianisme dengan sabotase pengetahuan.
