The development of information technology has encouraged university libraries to provide digital collection services to support academic activities. However, the utilization rate of digital services at the Library of Universitas Sains dan Teknologi Indonesia (USTI) remains relatively low, accounting for only approximately 5% of total annual visitors, indicating potential issues in service effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital collection services at the USTI Library based on five effectiveness indicators: program success, target achievement, user satisfaction, input–output level, and overall goal attainment. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 89 respondents who had used the digital collection services. The research instrument consisted of 22 statements measured using a four-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using score calculation and percentage analysis to determine effectiveness categories. The results indicate that the majority of respondents provided positive evaluations across all indicators, with agreement and strong agreement responses ranging between 61% and 75%. Therefore, the digital collection services at the USTI Library can be categorized as effective. Nevertheless, several aspects still require improvement, particularly in collection updates and search system optimization.
