ANALISIS SUBJEK BAHAN PUSTAKA PADA OPAC PERPUSTAKAAN STMIK-AMIK RIAU
Abstract
Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis subjek bahan pustaka di Perpustakaan STMIK-AMIK Riau. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari total 2532 judul koleksi sebagian besar (71%) subjek koleksi sesuai dengan prinsip penentuan subjek secara spesifik dan langsung, selanjutnya dari total 2532 judul koleksi sebagian besar (59%) subjek koleksi sesuai dengan prinsip keseragaman, selanjutnya dari total 2532 judul koleksi terdapat 23 judul koleksi tentang subdivisi bentuk fisik dan keseluruhannya (100%) sesuai dengan prinsip subdivisi bentuk fisik, selanjutnya dari total 2532 judul koleksi terdapat 2509 judul koleksi tentang topik atau aspek khusus dan hampir setengahnya (44,24%) subjek koleksi sesuai dengan prinsip topik atau aspek khusus, perpustakaan STMIK-AMIK Riau tidak memiliki koleksi tentang subdivisi geografis dan kronologis.
